Mother's Day Round-up!

I Love Mum by Joanna Walsh & Judi Abbot

What a gorgeous read I Love Mum is - both the story and visually! It takes the reader through wild and super adventurous times and we get to see how much fun the little tiger's mum is!

She is a whizz at making fun games, baking, tidying, playing, fixing grazed knees, tea-time, bed-time and snugly time! I love that this beautiful story pushes the point home that there really is no one quite like mum.

It's the little things in life that make children happy - a mum's smile, encouragement and approval. This is a lovely bonding book that will put smiles on faces everywhere! The illustrations are a big plus too!

4 / 5 Stars! *Special thanks to Simon & Schuster for the review copy*

Dino-Mummy by Mark Sperring & Sam Lloyd

Juggling 2 little monsters can be a tricky business - but not for this superstar mum! Dino-Mummy is a grime fighting, dressing-up, bubble popping mega mummy!

Mum's really are the very best and we loved seeing this mum is action and actually seeing how much she actually does throughout the day!

The illustrations are so big, bold and super vibrant - we fell in love with those little green cuties!

The text is a whole lot of bouncing fun - the perfect thing for snuggling up with your own dino-babies! (we will have to pick up a copy of Dino-baby ASAP).

I Want My Mummy! by Tracey Corderoy & Alison Edgson

Aw, I actually think this is the sweetest book ever! The illustrations are stunning and I could just happily look at little Aurthur all day long - he is the cutest thing! We also loved watching the fun adventures unfolding on each page!

Aurthur's never been away from his mummy before and he's not too keen. Every knock at the door has him running, expecting his mum. But his Granny knows just what to do to take his mind off things...

This is a really lovely read that is reassuring for little people who may be nervous about leaving mummy. A gorgeous read for sharing together!

Mummy's Little Sunflowers by Angela McAllister & Alison Edgson

This is another super cute book from Little Tiger Press that is perfect for Mother's Day!

Scurry and Scamp are brothers, although Scamp seems to be always in a hurry. The pair go on a wild sunflower finding adventure and even have some mishaps along the way! The brothers plant their very own sunflower seeds for their mummy - but poor Scamp gets upset when they don't grow quickly. Luckily the pair have a surprise up their sleeves for mummy.

The illustrations are so colourful, cute and moreish - we could of poured over the pages all day long!

Mummy's Little Sunflowers is a wonderful tale full of sibling love, sharing and adventure. Growing seeds is super fun - maybe you could plant your very own sunflowers.
